  I brought my car here for a routine oil change, and shortly after leaving, I experienced a very dangerous situation on the freeway because the metal plate cover underneath my car was not properly screwed back on. It started dragging while I was driving at high speed, creating loud noises and making me worry that parts of my car could come loose or cause an accident. This was not a minor inconvenience, it was a serious safety issue that could have put me and other drivers at risk. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and quality control. I would not feel comfortable returning after this experience.

  I went to this Good year tire yesterday to get my oil changed in my car and let me tell you it was one of the worst customer service place I have ever been. As a non resident in this State or in San Jose area my expectations was so low after yesterday’s service. The representatives at this place had no customer service or personality. Secondly, they took over 5 hrs (9-2pm) to get my car done and did not even call me to let me know it was ready to be picked up. Peter B the who took care of my vehicle assured me I will get the best oil for my vehicle and he lied. He gave me the cheapest oil (which I was willing to pay for the best oil that my car needed and I told him that) yet he went and put the cheapest oil in my car which wasn’t even cheap, he then tried to sell me tires even thou my tires were good and that was not what I went there for. On top of that he did not even call Me to tell me car was ready to be picked up after he assured me it would Have been ready by 11 am latest. All I can say they are a bunch of thieves/liars with no personality at this place. Never going there again as long as I am in San Jose Area.

  These guys were all very helpful when I pulled up with a flat after leaving the mall. They helped me find the right away and helped me find the cheapest most reliable option for my EV. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop again.
