  Etinosa was so kind and helpful- he really went out of his way to help me navigate the insurance process and make the rental as cheap as possible. I don’t think I have ever had a rental agent be as empathetic and kind.

  Paulette and her teammates are kind and resourceful. Easy process for pick up. Tight parking area, so getting dropped off for a car pick up is best. No wait from 4pm to 4:30 pm on a weekday.

  Capitol Ford rented a loaner for me from Enterprise. Ford paid the bill, but Enterprise still charged me as well. Spoke with 4 different people that said they would resolve it. But no one did. On top of that, the car was dirty on the inside.

  By far the worst car pickup experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise. We reserved a car in advance, yet ended up waiting over 30 minutes with zero communication from staff. The office was unattended, multiple customers were left standing around with no direction, and cars that should have been ready were only just being washed. This wasn’t just a delay—it was complete disorganization and a clear lack of customer service. Enterprise promotes itself as a company that “takes care of its customers,” but that was absolutely not the case today. What’s the point of making a reservation if nothing is actually ready when you arrive? Do better. This is unacceptable.
