  I once had a good experience with the Enterprise of Barack Obama, boulevard San Jose locationwhich I shared on Google, and this time again I was very satisfied with the Enterprise at the 395 Curtner Ave location, where I went with Joshua, and everything was great. I later dropped off the car at Caliber Collision, and they really helped me to drop off the car there because I could pick up my own car from there after the repair. And I’m very happy, and Enterprise has always been great, and their staff is always excellent.

  I had an unfortunate experience at this location today. I approached one of the employees and greeted him in Spanish after hearing him speak the language on the phone. Instead of assisting me or asking how he could help, he immediately responded that he did not speak Spanish and told me to wait, without even trying to understand my needs. I want to clarify that I am fully able to communicate in English, and I would have had no problem continuing in English if he had simply asked. What made the experience upsetting was not the language itself, but the lack of courtesy and willingness to assist. Thankfully, another employee later helped me in a kind and respectful manner, which I truly appreciated. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service, as every customer deserves to be treated with respect and basic kindness.
