  I had a very frustrating experience with the Sunnyvale location where my reservation was unexpectedly canceled, but things completely turned around thanks to Erin at the San Jose location. Erin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. What really stood out was the time and attention she gave to walking me through the car. I’ve rented plenty of vehicles before, but no one has ever taken the time to thoroughly explain all the features and how everything works the way she did. It made a huge difference, especially when getting used to a new car can feel confusing. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Her level of customer service is honestly top-tier, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about making sure customers feel comfortable and confident before driving off. Erin is a huge asset to your team and absolutely deserves recognition, if not a promotion!! Thank you for turning a negative situation into a great experience.
