  They charged me $180 for just checking the car with OBDII code and gave an estimate for $1800 to fix the spark plugs which I fixed for only $220.

  Needed to take truck in for thermostat or sensor issue( diagnostic needed)…. Made an appointment thru Repair Pal and it was accepted thru app…. Now I show up early 7:45am and upon opening there is no one that knows how to charge the insurance. No one was willing to try….. the manager was not in today so I had 2 employees tell me” I had to wait 2 hours till 10 am for owner or manager approval. No one called repair PAL or logged in to attempt the service repairs….. upon further investigation the last review was 2023 on the platform repair pal. The actin manager said they don’t use repair pal due to time to get paid…. And that it takes 6 hours to reach on phone…… overall NONE of this is acceptable especially since the owner benefits from the platform. There needs to be some training and transparency for the employees representing your company, there refusing $$ due to lack of knowledge.

  WORTH THE READ, Update: The other place I ended up going to was very transparent and immediately stated you have 0 amount of oil nothing, i explained I just went to speedee about a week ago how is this even possible. They recommended to go back at let speedee know and i did and they did a "free oil change" the tech apologized and said they probably didn't use enough oil for your type of vehicle (even though i was charged extra for this reason) I got the oil change and the next day it was leaking, i went back for a 3rd time and the tech said let me replace it again. Lol unbelievable. First off they have the highest pricing for oil change and the technicians are entry level "mechanics" who don't know anything about cars, We came here for transmission fluid we asked if its something they can do the guy said yea it will be around $300 we left the car for a hour and then they called when we were already at home saying oh we cant do it when we arrived they gave us an estimate of $300 for part $500 for labor and some other additional cost lol we said no thanks and left these people Do not know what they hell their doing, i am actually glad this happen i dont want little boys working on my car that dont even know what they are doing, another place quoted me $350 for this same service Lol
