Reason given, back side arm needs replacement because there was no adjustment option available. On checking with other store, they were able to do the adjustment with existing arm, without any replacement. The mechanics here have almost no knowledge about vehicles. They are trained to report replacement of parts to make money, which don’t need replacements. Will never go to this store ever. And will not recommend this store to anyone.
