Skip’s technicians determined a faulty valve stem was the cause of the flat. They made the repair, remounted the tire on our car. Did not charge us. Had us back on the road quickly.

They wrote me up and because they were so busy said it would take a few hours to get to. Luckily I live only 1/2 mile way. The called 3 hours later and had it ready for me. Always had good service there and they have a friendly staff. Recommended.

Called me again to tell me they should be done by 6pm after dropping car off at 9am. I just needed 4 new tires. They waited way too long to give me updates and should have done other work while waiting for tires. After 8 hours got my car back with new tires.
