However upon picking up the vehicle a different tech helped and didn’t go over anything with…I had to ask questions and when he could not answer I just paid and left.

I was notified when my vehicle was ready made it back to the shop and paid for the service. Walking to my truck l noticed a large puddle of oil. Went back to the counter notified representative. We went to the truck and seen the oil puddle. Management was notified truck was put on the rack and inspected. Oil filter was replaced when tested with engine on oil spilled out onto the floor. Manager said he was going to order a different oil filter. New filter was installed and working. My concern, was the truck tested and Inspected after repairs. R. Thomas

I was able to take advantage of a sale benefit with the particular purchased brand tires. The installation happened that day. Employee Jay called me to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up; in at 9am out at 2pm as promised. I love my new tires with my improved new ride! Thank you Andrew, Jay, mechanic who worked on my car and Skips! I have been coming to Skips since the 1970s with my various cars for their Tire Service. Skips has always been reliable, honest, and supportive with their business practices for me. Yay Skips!
