The team made me aware of the wireless tire gauges and the factory specific about my tire size. I came in with rims the tires where delivery, and they installed them, handles great and looks awesome thanks gentlemen.
- SPSteve PerezNov 21, 20251.0Called ahead time for a nail in tire, Andrew said bring in my vehicle, this was around 2:45pm, I showed up at 3pm. Andrew said they would get to it as soon as possible. So I came back around 5pm, asked if my vehicle was ready, Andrew responded was not yet, i asked do you know when you will, his response was we get to it when we get to it will be done before we close. They close at 6pm, i got my vehicle at 6:20am, I can't believe this guy is a manager for this company, no customer service skills, very rude, I lived in this area over 30 years always bought tires here for all my vehicles (4 cars and 2 trucks), i currently need new tires, i bought my kids new tires for thier vehicles here , I recommend this place to my staff at work and other people in my company (fortune500 company), I'm very well connected in the community. What i will not be doing anymore is recommending this place as long as Andrew is there.
- LWLaura WhiteNov 7, 20255.0These guys are great. They really helped me out by advising me to get in the next morning at 7:30, which I did. I needed to get my sensors fixed to turn off the "checked tire pressure" sensor that was Stuck in the 'on' position. So when they called me back with a quote, they also informed me that I needed two new tires, as a nail was stuck in one of them and the treads were low on the other one. They gave me the option of going with the more expensive Michelins I currently had, or a less expensive option, and I went with the better quality Michelin. I told them time is of the essence because I had to also take care of my mom and I was trying to get to work so they did expedite it and my car was ready by 12:30. I then had to go get a brake and light inspection since I had to retitle my car is salvaged, so it passed the inspection thank goodness and then I got my car to the DMV on time and completed that whole PIA process, and now I can put this whole thing behind me!
