  I would like to use some colorful language to describe my experience but as a PSA don't use this specific Safelite, keep in mind they seem to be independent and reviews vary dramatically, this one is comically bad. Save your money, time and and sanity and go somewhere else.

  Wouldn't recommend this location. My insurance AAA partners with Safelite. So when a rock cracked my windshield they connected me to them. Set up an appointment for Tuesday 1-5. Waited and no one ever came. No call or text. No one answered any calls. The Safelight representative couldn't get in contact with the shop. The only help was to schedule another appointment and the representative said themselves they might not show up again. Wasted time, go to another location.

  I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite and was very impressed with the service. The technician, Bohdi, arrived on time and was very professional. The job was completed quickly, in about 2 hours, right in my own driveway. The new windshield looks great with no issues, and they even handled all the insurance paperwork smoothly. I highly recommend them for their excellent work and convenience. Shout out to Bohdi, you're the man for an outstanding job well done.

  I had a terrible experience with Safelite. My rear vent glass replacement was rescheduled multiple times, with empty promises of call-backs that never came. When the technician finally arrived, he brought the wrong glass, said it would be rescheduled again, and left without even vacuuming out the broken glass or covering the window. The lack of care was unbelievable. Reaching anyone afterward was impossible — the automated system just hangs up once it recognizes you have an appointment. A week later, they still had the wrong glass, so now I’m stuck with a mismatched window tint. The staff offered nothing but apologies and another week of waiting. This whole process wasted my time, cost me hours off work, and caused endless frustration. Even with insurance covering most of it, the service wasn’t worth the hassle. Safelite showed zero urgency, accountability, or concern for their customers. I will not be using them again.

  I never got my windshield replaced. I had opted for the mobile service, which resulted in 2 separate visits. For the first visit, the tech came in with the wrong rain sensor. Okay, no big deal, just a genuine mistake, he said he would be able to revisit next week. After emailing with their parts department, I was able to have a second visit that only lasted 5 minutes because the tech brought the ENTIRELY wrong glass for the wrong car. After emailing the parts department once again that they brought the wrong glass, they just gave me a short response that they are waiting for the dealer quote. After 1 week, I sent a follow up email asking for an update. No response. After 2 weeks, sent another follow up email. No response. At this point, I am convinced that they had given up on me, despite me giving safelite the correct VIN number and vehicle information. 1st visit: correct glass, wrong rain sensor. 2nd visit: WRONG glass & no rain sensor. Overall, terrible customer service. If the employees were more friendly and willing to help then I would have left a more positive review, but that just wasn’t the case. Go somewhere else for glass replacements.
