- RSRonald SantillaJan 24, 20261.0Now I understand why it's 3 stars. I'm giving it 1 just to be in the board since there is no half star or no star. I have an appt today at 8-12pm was the window. It came and went without a call or txt. I called the Parrot San Jose office with no luck, all vm. The incompetence is real. A simple courtesy call goes a long way they can't even do that. Instead, they let their customers wait for.....for forever (I guess). Or whenever they have time to call...of they even planned on it. Niway, don't believe the hype / TV commercial. They ain't it 👎

The process of scheduling was smooth; the staff gave me the early dates (I called on Sunday, and I could choose to have the appointment on Tuesday/Wednesday). They provided the mobile and on-site service options. The staffs also kindly explained everything to me like my vehicle will need to have the calibration after the windshield replacement. The office provided Wifi, water, and restroom while I waited for the service, which took about an hour. Would recommend this location!

Save your money, time and and sanity and go somewhere else.
- VHVeida HernandezDec 17, 20251.0Wouldn't recommend this location. My insurance AAA partners with Safelite. So when a rock cracked my windshield they connected me to them. Set up an appointment for Tuesday 1-5. Waited and no one ever came. No call or text. No one answered any calls. The Safelight representative couldn't get in contact with the shop. The only help was to schedule another appointment and the representative said themselves they might not show up again. Wasted time, go to another location.
