- TDT DubSep 12, 20253.0The truck was great. I was led to believe by the Penske website that the service was on San Ignacio near 101 but you had to go to a different spot 3 miles away after asking for help to district manager. The place is a postal email shop and you have to carry cheap moving blankets and go back 3 miles to pick up a truck. The software for renting was bad - scan this and scan license and it did not work then try a scanner at the shop and it Did not work then Wait for manual entry. Owner Raj is trying to make good with 4 companies god bless him but you can not half ass them and expect success. Experience upon return was totally fine. I wish Raj well but study business - don’t spread yourself thin and not do a business with excellence. The Penske district manager must suck.
