    I wish I could leave negative stars. I was relieved to find a Mopar battery in stock and drove three hours to pick it up. When I got home I checked it with my multimeter the battery is a 2.7, the battery was dead. After all that time and effort, this was extremely disappointing. What made the situation even worse was the dealership’s lack of support or remorse for selling me a dead battery. This shows a serious lack of quality control and customer care- BEWARE. I would never trust them again.

    I recently purchased a used Jeep from this dealership, and unfortunately the experience ended as the worst car purchase experience I’ve ever had. During the sales process, it was represented that the vehicle came with two keys multiple times. At delivery, as I was handed the keys and walked to the vehicle, I was informed for the first time that there was only one key. There was no prior disclosure during negotiations or paperwork, and no opportunity to address the issue before the transaction was finalized. When I followed up to resolve the matter, I encountered further frustration. Bijoy Saha, the Sales Manager, or anyone at the dealership that I have spoken to had any desire to make this right. They have been nothing but dismissive and unwilling to take accountability for the discrepancy. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, my concerns were brushed aside and no remediation was offered. Replacement OEM Jeep key fobs cost several hundred dollars to purchase and program, so this is not a minor detail. More importantly, transparency at the point of sale is critical when making a major purchase. I am sharing this review so that both dealership leadership and corporate representatives are aware of the situation. I would appreciate a fair resolution consistent with what was represented during the sale. More importantly, this is about transparency and accountability at the point of sale. Representing one set of terms during the sales process and delivering something different at handoff undermines customer trust and damages brand integrity. I am requesting that corporate leadership review this situation and intervene to ensure it is resolved appropriately. The remedy is straightforward: provide the second OEM key as originally represented or reimburse the documented replacement cost. Prospective Jeep or Dodge buyers should ensure they do not pursue any sort business with this dealership. You will be extremely disappointed.

    I worked with Justin McGann . He said my reverse camera would work now cuz I asked for a new camera . Well him and the tech never connected it to my screen. You have to all so very specific with these people otherwise they will fix things that don’t need fixing and not follow the wiring to the actual camera . My ignorance has cost me thousands of dollars and no operating camera. When the tech was asked what these wires go to he didn’t know . They replaced the camera , lied and said it would work on my screen yet the wiring was never fixed. I suggest a mechanic who will look over the whole part and not just a part that’s suggested. Very manipulative. Avoid this guy and his tech. Horrible service.

    We worked with Adrian and the manager on purchasing my girlfriends 2020 jeep wrangler and the experience we had here was amazing second to none they took there time and worked with us/went above and beyond on every detail to ensure we were happy the vehicle they sold us is everything she was looking for as a younger couple it’s hard to find good service but we were treated like we had every dollar in the world so hats off to the entire team here I’m a ford truck guy through and through but this experience is making me wanna switch to a ram truck that in itself says enough so thank you,Jackson and Grace

    Outstanding Experience at Normandin! My wife, Faby, and I just purchased two used vehicles from Normandin Chrysler, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Manny O. was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. He was caring, attentive, genuinely listened to what we needed, and never once felt pushy. He was fully present during every part of the process—which says a lot, especially considering we were there for 8.5 hours and proudly became his “officially longest sale” 😂. Not once did his attitude change; he stayed patient, kind, and engaged the entire time. What really stood out was Manny’s follow-up and communication after the sale. He checked in, stayed responsive, and made sure everything was exactly as promised. THAT LEVEL OF CARE IS RARE. Both vehicles were exactly as represented—what you see is what you get—and they are in excellent condition. No surprises, no pressure, just honesty and professionalism. We also want to give a shout-out to Matt N., the finance manager. As a fellow family man, he was humble, helpful, and made the financing process smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend Manny O. and the entire Normandin team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, respectful, and genuinely positive car-buying experience.
