We were in the market to get a van and chatted with our local dealer. They gave us an excellent price and from initial chat discussion from their website, to test drive. Trade-in, then final paper signing. The process was extremely smooth. All through Chris and Harry our finance guy were courteous, kind and helpful. It did not feel like a typical car buying haggling experience. Thank you guys, we just love our Pacifica.

Mya is one of the best service advisors that I have had. She stays on top of whatever my repairs or preventative maintenance that is being performed and keeps me updated.
Currently when I came in for an oil change, the mechanic informed Mya that my right front axle is leaking. Mya immediately checked to confirm and get approval that this part is under warranty and ordered the replacement part.
In the past Mya gave me advance notice on what preventative maintenance that was required in the near future and what it would cost. Normandin hit the lottery when they hired her.

My wife and I have been customers of Normandin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for over 10 years. In those years they have always went above and beyond and any other dealerships we have dealt with. From purchasing, selling, parts and service they are always our first choice. It feels like we are family.

Horrible service. So disappointed do better Normandin. First they increased prices and wouldn’t tell me how much a basic oil change was over the phone. I had to wait to talk to my advisor so complete sticker shock when I dropped off my truck for an oil service. My vehicle was dropped off earlier than my schedule appointment and informed them I needed it back by a certain time (which was hours later)to be able to pick up my kids due to car seats. Advisor assured me it would be done by then. Never received a phone call or message informing me of my truck status. I finally was able to get ahold of someone in service who told me my truck would be done almost 2 hrs after I was told it would be done by a certain time. Advisor failed to inform me of this and I had to scramble to find someone to pick up my kids. Normandin you failed your customer and should have done more to retain your customer. having my vehicle is a safety for my kids & You should be ashamed of how you let down your customer.
