By 10:45, I noticed that no one had even moved my car from the parking lot. I had to follow up myself, and about 10 minutes later, they finally told me they didn’t have time to do the job as all their racks were full. I said I had an appointment and asked why they didn’t respect their customers’ time. In the end, they basically told me to go somewhere else if I wanted the work done. I’ll be writing a review to explain all of this, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. This was my last time dealing with JustTire.
