Another 2 cars arrived for oil change and the guys walked right away to get their information. I said excuse me I was here first but this staff member ignored me. Another person came to get information to the other car and I called him. I said what do I need to do because I am here before the other ones. He said we will help just wait. I waited thinking that they were going to take me first. And they didn’t. I drove away to the blossom hill road one. Great service there big difference.

There were 6 cars in front of me and I thought I would be there for hours. Nope. Within 15 to 20 my van was on the rack and in less than 30 min total I was out the door. Great job!

That would be fine if they valued my time and checked that up front. Messed up my whole morning. I won't ever be coming back. Don't give your money to people who dont value you as a customer.
