His professionalism and kindness turned a difficult situation into a positive experience, and I really appreciate the outstanding customer service. I will definitely rent from this Enterprise location again thanks to Mario’s excellent support.

I'm only 1.5 miles from the location, and they sent a shuttle to pick me up, which I appreciate. I returned it today, the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. Sure they were busy, as expected. I was processed reasonably quickly, but when I asked for a ride back to my place, I was told they don't do shuttles on Sunday. The car wasn't due back until Monday, but I was back in town and didn't need to pay for another day. But it would have been nice to know that the shuttle doesn't work on weekends. The counter guy said it was him and his partner. I appreciation for the location being open at all on Sunday is tempered with the feeling that if you are going to be open (and this has got to be like Superbowl Sunday for a car rental place)...then BE OPEN. Full service. I had my coffee and newspaper in hand, so my gloves were call a neighbor for a ride (Sunday morning? No way). Take an Uber (a hassle). Or walk the mile and a half, which is what I, but I sure took Enterprise's name in vain with each step, if you get my drift. So here's the review you've earned
