We were given a temporary vehicle to go have lunch until some of the rental vehicles were returned. The front desk person, Eddie, was very nice. Also the person actually helping with the vehicle was so apologetic and overly accommodating to all of the customers. I don’t believe anyone left dissatisfied, we certainly do not. I have used HERTZ for over 10 years but after this experience I’m going to give Enterprise a try from now on

I made a reservation online and received a confirmation with no clear notice that a credit card was required. When I arrived at the airport to pick up the vehicle, I was suddenly told that debit cards are not accepted and that only a credit card could be used. This critical information was never clearly disclosed during the booking process. Because of this, I was left stranded at the airport with no rental car and no immediate alternative, which caused major stress and disrupted my travel plans. This situation feels misleading and unprofessional. If a credit card is required, that should be stated clearly before confirming a reservation, not after the customer has already arrived to pick up the car. Because of this experience, I will never rent from Enterprise again and I do not recommend them to anyone. Customers deserve transparency and honesty—this was a complete failure in customer service.
