- JCJon CookDec 2, 20251.0Literally went in to get new headlight bulbs. Two female employees literally doing nothing, on their phones, not willing to help, acknowledge or assist customers in the store. I finally found the correct bulbs by myself, went to the cashier where a male clerk was assisting a customer. I waited for about 4 minutes while one of the female employees was on her phone behind the register. Never looked up, was smiling and smirking at whatever social media site she was on, until I asked if she could assist. Totally attitude, as if I was interrupting her social time on the phone while she was working. Sad that a place of business these folks are on their phones, not willing to assist, or acknowledge customers in a polite manner. Won’t be going back there again!!!

After having visited all the equivalent stores in the area over the years, I can state with absolute certainty that this is the best option at your disposal, by a long shot. The staff is very friendly, professional, and proactively suggesting choices that optimize your outcome rather than maximizing their revenue. Their level of customer service is excellent. Jacob, the manager, is a great guy and knows how to blow customers' minds.

I wish I would’ve asked for the man’s name, but this employee was so helpful in confirming that I purchased the right product and then helped me install in my car. In total, it took me probably 10 minutes. Thank you for making an annoying task, so straightforward!
