You wait in line for 5-10minutes, especially 2 hours before closing hours, most of the employees besides the ones who actually knows cars(literally 2 ppl)cant really guide you on what to get, and they really try to rip you off of their gold section if parts. Most of the time i really somewhat enjoy buying any products i need from there, but today was disappointing, no customer service and literally trying to scam somebody’s grand mom.. you need to do better, new vatozone workers, learn from Carlos.
