  This AutoZone always has good service. During my trip an older white man and his daughter were yelling, cursing, and making sexist comments toward two young female employees over a battery policy. Even while they were spoken to like that, the girls stayed calm and kept trying to help him even looking for tools for him. One of them stepped outside to give the corporate phone number after he kept saying he was going to call. The daughter even started yelling that the employee’s phone was a weapon, when it was clearly just her recording the situation for her own safety. The girls handled that way better than most people their age would!! Even after all that they still helped me out and were super cool about it. Really good service overall, would recommend this autoone. 👍

  Don’t know who these 2 young girls are in there. But they definitely need to be fired. Not the skinny one but def. The big one with curly hair. Went in there to get a new battery for my hybrid car and first of all I was not greeted at all, in fact they acted like I was bothering them and then was told they could not help me change the battery as it was a hybrid car and needed a special tool or else my radio wouldn’t work. Which one is not correct. I needed the 12v battery thats located under my hood changed not the one in my trunk. Prime example of why they shouldn’t work there. They don’t even know what they are talking about. So fine they cannot change the battery.I have someone who can. So I asked for a size 8mm crescent wrench and she told me they only have ten. Again a lie. I come in here all the time and borrow an 8mm when I need to change battery all the time. Whole time this young girl with curly hair is just running her mouth with her dumb teenage comments, arguing trying to make sure she got the last word.And then proceeded to chase my dad out with a bottle of idk what it was spray paint or something of that sort when my dad was already out the and did not put hands on anyone or anything like that for anyone to be grabbing any kind of weapon for defense. (she was gonna usee it as a weapon) She wanted to have problems. Even came out the store still yelling. Like girl who hired and trained you? I Willll never ever come here again. And I’ve spent 1000s and 100s and 100s of dollars here. Will be finding somewhere else to spend my 100s of dollars. not sure what happened to all the men working here but ya definitely need to bring them back cuz these girls just aren’t it. On a good note went to Autozone on Monterey and Curtner and low and behold did not need a special tool to change my regular degular battery. Never been to this autozone and I highly recommend it. Friendly staff. Got the help I needed without any problems at all. Changed it the same way you would on any other car.

  I am so thankful for the team members working here today. I had a tough day trying to get home to my family. It began raining and I could not safely drive with my year old wiper blades. They went above and beyond in assisting me. Thank you.

  Ruben Alviter Frost was the employee to help me out today. He has taken his time to ensure I was getting the right part and at which store to call and get the part held. I'm glad he was the one to help me today. Made the experience better and less stressful. Gentlemen definitely needs some recognition and possibly a raise. Above and beyond for the customer to ensure a better experience, absolutely an asset to your company. Recognition and reward makes for a better employee.
