Rather than providing a courteous or helpful response, the store manager, Noel, replied dismissively, stating, “What kind of question is that? It’s like saying if I buy a sandwich and take a bite, can I return it?” and then laughed. I did not find this response appropriate or professional. Many retailers, including large chains, allow returns when a customer is dissatisfied with a product. As a manager, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and respect when addressing customer inquiries. Due to this interaction and the manager’s unprofessional demeanor, I will be returning the products I purchased and will not be shopping at this location in the future.

Edger and Memo are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to explain what I need without trying to oversell anything. Their customer service is above and beyond every time I visit. The entire team here is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about their customers. You can tell they take pride in their work and value building long-term relationships. It’s rare to find a shop that is this honest and dependable. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs automotive parts or service — you won’t be disappointed.
