The employees refused to help us because "we needed to wait until 12pm". It was 8:30am and there weren't any other customers but they said they didn't have enough staff and they couldn't help us. There were 4 employees in the store. We explained we were from SoCal and has a long journey ahead of us and if there could be an exception made and they refused. The manager heard everything and didn't even speak or offer any further explanation directly to us. He just kept "putting stuff away" in the register next to the one we were standing in. We went to another location to receive this basic service we desperately needed. As customers who were not local this is unacceptable. How can we depend on this business to come through in these emergency situations? Based on other reviews we read after the fact, this location needs to train their staff further in customer service. They are not dependable or empathetic towards the people they're supposed to serve.
