  I had an awesome experience at AutoZone on Hillsdale thanks to Ezekiel. He was genuinely invested in helping me, not just going through the motions. Super friendly, patient, and went well above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across service like that—he made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable. This is the kind of experience that makes me want to keep giving my business to this store. Big shoutout to Ezekiel for setting the standard for what great customer service looks like.

  I stopped in today to get a serpentine belt for my pickup and drop some used oil. Ezekiel helped me. He was quick, competent, and a pleasure to deal with. …unlike many other times when I’m at an auto parts store. Clone him. If you can’t do that, then promote him.

  I really appreciate the staff at AutoZone. This location has one of the most knowledgeable and helpful staff. Everytime, I come here, the staff always has the best recommendation, especially where to get my tire repaired. They know about fixing cars especially those who are trying to make their car look so much better. I have good discussions with them about JDM and how to make my cars better. They know exactly what I am talking about. A few weeks ago, I went in to purchase a socket 22mm which was hard to find. I literally drove 2 hours around finding the part and should have gone here in the first place. I didn't call in beforehand. I want to thank the managment for hiring an amazing staff. I forgot who the gentlemen's name was, but will find out next time so that I can give the proper compliments. Thank you again!

  Had a lady call and left a message that I need to pick up my part. When I got to the store (the same day she called) the part wasn't even in the store.
