  My husband Michael went in today and was greeted by a manager, very impressive. Anyways Andrew helped my husband with windshield wipers. He came out and replaced the wipers too. My husband said he was so nice and helpful thank you Andrew

  I visited the store to ask a straightforward question: if I purchase a product and do not like the scent, is it eligible for return. Rather than providing a courteous or helpful response, the store manager, Noel, replied dismissively, stating, “What kind of question is that? It’s like saying if I buy a sandwich and take a bite, can I return it?” and then laughed. I did not find this response appropriate or professional. Many retailers, including large chains, allow returns when a customer is dissatisfied with a product. As a manager, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and respect when addressing customer inquiries. Due to this interaction and the manager’s unprofessional demeanor, I will be returning the products I purchased and will not be shopping at this location in the future.
