    Loved my neighborhood Sixt but it appears to have closed. The office is closed and the parking lot is empty.

    EDIT: Please see the canned AI response to this review! Such an insult to our intelligence. What a TERRIBLE company :( every bad review has the same AI response. That's how much they care...none. Absolutely the worst car rental experience. I turned in my car early and they keep sending emails it wasn't turned in, even after I called to file a grievance about the misinformed and improperly handled returned car. I asked to speak to speak with someone with more authority, but still haven't heard back. I got a call after talking to two seperate people and filing 2 separate complaints with several promised "I will definitely take care if this by tonight ma'am. You can trust it's taken care of". Just received another call from a service desk, asking where is the car? Then she says, Oh yes I see the car is here but not registered as returned. WTH? why are you calling me then? What they should do is speak to their employee about not doing their job correctly. It has been a frustrating and difficult experience dealing with this company> First and LAST time I will use them. Going back to the wonderful people at ENTERPRISE FOR THE BEST SERVICE.

    I have been waiting nearly a week to get any information about a lost item. While I totally understand it’s my fault that I left something in the car, the lack of customer service and communication is ridiculous. You can’t get someone on the phone, I get “updates” in email form every few days that are just stock messages. I won’t be using this Sixt again.
