  Do yourself a favor and don’t take your car here. I was referred to them by GEICO and they completely screwed up my windshield, we’re unable to calibrate it, and caused $5000 additional damage that I had to pay out-of-pocket for Mercedes. On top of that, I have escalated and have been unable to get in touch with anyone for well over a month now. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

  Once you are seen you will definitely get your class fixed or your vehicle glass regulator controls fixed, and Safelite will do a great job for a reasonable price. This place requires that you make an appointment, so in order to do that you need to go to the Safelite store location or call Safelite and you can schedule an appointment for the store that is closed to your location, and this will guarantee that you are seen, and your window will be fixed.

  Safelight is everything they advertise and more! From start to finish , they will surpass all your needs with stellar service and great attention to detail! An absolute delight in getting your windshield back to normal quickly and with expertise!

  The service was quick, but the person who replaced the glass didn’t put the stickers back on, which we had requested before the service and they had confirmed to do so. To make matters worse, after the service, the mirror housing box fell apart while I was driving, and I had to waste 20-30 minutes figuring out the mistake and fixing it. I wish they had taken the appropriate amount of time, worked diligently, and completed the task thoroughly.
