  Could not reserve a car on the app. While walking though the rental car facility at SFO to another vendor. I saw Valeri at the National desk with a cars available sign. She was wonderful. She got me a car helped me through the process quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you Valeri.

  Booked a midsize car through Klook for 3 days. The whole process was smooth! Pickup was a breeze (under 10 mins wait) but heads up: bring your physical credit card (they don't accept virtual cards). Car was very clean and in great condition. Return was even easier, no wait at all, just drop off and they will send the invoice by email. Thanks Andrew K.!

  Pick up from SFO was great. Return to SMF was touch more frustrating -- I filled up the car, at drop off, I showed the gas receipt to the attendant -- he told me "good to go and I'd receive a receipt shortly". Then when I received email, they still charged me for some gas. The car was great, everything was easy -- just annoyed about why i'm getting charged for gas even though I filled it up.

  I had a great experience at SFO location. They have more than 1 attendant greeting you which was great. They were very attentive to my needs. I was looking for a specific sedan because I was going to be doing a lot of driving. They had a big selection but not what I was looking for Candy went out of her way to find me the car I was looking for a Toyota Camary. Thank Candy for going above and beyond to get me the car I wanted.

  National is the best among the major car rental companies by far, their cars are always clean and well maintained. I also find that the people at National are more polite and far less stressed out. Also I need to add that I have never gotten a vehicle with more than 25k miles on it from National, conversly, I have had rentals from other comapnies with well over 60k miles on them.
