  I attempted to resolve this amicably but management faked a call to me and told support that they will not issue a refund. I originally rented a luxury and decided to upgrade for my birthday. From $450 to $850 for a few days. Midway through the trip, the car started malfunctioning. I contacted support and got voicemail and then I got a text stating to text any questions. Car went into limp mode a couple of times so I couldn’t take the car where I needed to go. It took a few attempts before I got a response so I decided to not go the places I planned. I offered that they honor the original rate to meet in the middle, it was declined. Rent at your own risk; car was definitely not maintained.

  Booked a c8 corvette. Small wait when picking up but can’t beat a ride like that. The team picking up the car was great and did what they had to do to get me in the car. Dropping off the car was even better! Andrea was fantastic. Forgot the gentleman’s name who I returned the car to but he was fantastic as well!

  Car oil cap never put on. Car was smoking after driving 1.5 hours from San Francisco. Very little support to resolve. Finally had towed with no replacement. Awful experience
