  Garbage. After waiting a long time for a charger it wouldn't work with my car. Customer service said they had to reboot the charger but they couldn't because other car was charging.

  Busted chargers, poorly maintained. Unsafe neighborhood. Edit: currently 0/3 on working chargers, throwing errors whether using charge point or credit card to pay for charge. Really sad because this is the only EV charging nearby, alternative are the busy Tesla chargers on Geary.

  Fast chargers are working good with my car, but once I couldn’t connect the slower one for whatever reason. Overall good experience
