  From booking to dropping off the car, the whole rental experience went smoothly. The email communication prior to the trip was clear and directed me to pre check in so when we got to the rental area in the airport we were able to go straight to the car pick up. We even had a choice of cars to rent. The car was new and in mint condition. Drop off was a breeze as well. Highly recommend. Great customer service.

  The manager, George was extremely helpful today. My wife and I arrived at the airport to drop off the vehicle only to find that we have to pay mileage, which would’ve costed an additional $500+. After the shock and awe, George assessed the situation and took care of the situation immediately. He walked us through on how to make sure that it didn’t happen again, and how to book a new reservation without mileage (unlimited mileage). Thank you George for your help, understanding, and compassion!

  Love being able to check in online and skipping the line at the counter. And, the form online is easy to navigate (even for adding a child's car seat). Staff was always friendly and courteous. We had to return the infant carseat for a toddler one and everyone there was responsive and helpful. One potential catastrophe was when we put the minivan's parking break on and could NOT turn it off which left our party separated and stranded. We called the emergency line for help. We were able to speak to a human being!!! They walked us through the steps and helped solve the problem. The minivan performed well otherwise. Return at the gate was complicated when the driver found the car keys in their pocket at the terminal but a timely call from Enterprise staff to ask about the key helped guide us to make a quick return and solve that problem. We have been very satisfied with our experiences with enterprise and would not consider another car rental place and we always recommend you to our friends and family.

  I had a terrific rental car experience this past week at Enterprise at the San Francisco International Airport. I had minimal wait time at the checkin counter with a friendly and helpful employee, the car was there when I went to pick it up and was spotless and worked great. At drop off, all went smoothly and the staff (particularly Erico) was super. A 5 star experience for sure. Much superior to my experiences with other car rental companies at that airport.

  When I have a choice about Car Rental agencies, I always choose Enterprise. While they generally have the same cars as other agencies, I've never had a problem with a car from Enterprise. They also consistently upgrade to the next level without charge if the requested category is unavailable. (They've also done a free upgrade when the car we'd rented wouldn't fit all the luggage we had - we had one suitcase too many. lol) Check-in and check-out has always been fast, efficient and trouble-free.
