  Very easy purchase process at Volvo SF. Everyone we spoke with was extremely personable & customer focused. Patrick was great to work with and made things very clear and simple, especially as it was my first time buying a new car/financing on my own. I was hesitant to purchase from a dealership, thinking it would be a higher mark up than sites like Carvana or Carmax, but I was assured the car was listed at the lowest price possible and I got a better deal than what I was finding online. I'm super happy with my XC 40 Plus! Thanks to Patrick and the team at Volvo SF!

  Patrick Lindsley helped us with purchasing a brand new (literally fresh-off-the-boat) 2026 Volvo EX30 Single Motor Plus. As an EV enthusiast, I did some homework before coming in: this location had only gotten an initial allotment of 4 units in this trim, including 1 demo/test drive car, so I knew there would be steep demand. But Patrick was still incredibly gracious and patient when I came in for a test drive and provided me with some initial numbers to sleep on. After consulting with EX30 owners online, I was convinced he gave me the best deal possible given the circumstances - all the rebates and promotions I qualified for, and no BS fees or any shady markups over MSRP - and returned the following day to close the deal. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with Patrick’s honesty, transparency, professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge about the car. The entire process from beginning to end was as smooth as the EX30’s driving - thank you Patrick!

  Volvo Service Center provides friendly and efficient service. We had an early 8am appointment and when driving up to the service center was met immediately. I dropped off the car, to pick up at end of day, and when they first started working on the car, I received an fyi text and later a video describing the work completed. I feel confident in recommending Volvo service to others.

  I brought my car in for its yearly service yesterday and had a truly excellent experience at Volvo Cars. Kah Fai was the service advisor who assisted me, and he was professional, attentive, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. He clearly explained what would be done during the service, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated his patience in answering my questions and his genuine willingness to help. The entire visit felt organized and efficient, and it’s reassuring to know my car is in such capable hands. Customer service like this makes a big difference, and Kah Fai absolutely represents the Volvo brand well. Thank you for the great experience — I’ll definitely continue servicing my car here.

  Great customer service , been coming here for years and they explain in details what your car needed or what service has been performed, you also can go back anytime (prioritize you) if in case there is issue on your car after the service. Everyone here is very accommodating.
