- AHAkshay Hegde3 days ago1.0We reserved a BMW X3 but it had a tyre pressure issue which we noted just before we drove out of the parking lot. They had no backups available and provided a Jeep instead which is a worse vehicle which again had undocumented scratches on the body. They did not give us a free class upgrade as detailed on their website for messes like this. We had a lot of luggage too and we had to lug it all around their parking lot while they couldn't give us a proper vehicle. Atrocious experience, will never do sixt again. Cherry on top is all the fees they try to sneak in as we check in. By far the only good thing about the pickup yesterday was a helpful sixt agent in the garage called Herman who was friendly and helped us out.

Maar gelukkig zei een medewerker dat ze nog een andere auto in de prijsklasse beschikbaar hadden. Het was een top avontuur met een zeer goede auto. Inleveren ging ook soepel

Car rental booking was made through Expedia and during car pick up, there was an upgrade made for a better car to cater to the areas we were planning to travel to. A question was asked upfront about early return and adjustments to billing and was told manager can help with this ask upon return. Upon 2 day early return, staff/manager asked to handle this with customer service. Customer service has been unresponsive on live chat(post AI agent, nobody picks up the chat and I am in a loop), my email responses are not being delivered and whatsapp chat says "they do not operate in country I inquired about". Nobody has even bothered to ask me about the booking number and ready to respond. Is it so hard to provide a response?
