When actually browsing their website I was pleased to see that their image and voice from their commercials carried over here, and with their service. Really appreciated the clear communication and timeline for start and completion of job, and enjoyed that they could come out to me instead of having to leave it at a shop.

Once they set up the appointment, all I had to do was drop it off and I picked it up same day - they completely serviced it same day. I had nothing but great experiences here. They replaced my front window, everything looks perfect. The only bit of feedback I have is that when I received the voicemail that the car was ready for pickup, it was really unclear who was calling. The person leaving the voicemail spoke really quickly and unclearly. So I would just encourage management to teach their staff the excellence of customer service and how to communicate clearly - the voicemail had me unsure if it was truly SafeLight or some other random person. It was just a really messy voicemail. But apart from that, the service and quality were all great. I'll be back for any fixes I need on my windows.
