  Best price for moving long distances- the gentleman that I worked with at this SF location was very kind and helpful. I lost my headphones and he went out and checked the truck for me and called me back. Good people!

  Bryan is generally a nice guy, but he admitted seeing a lost item in the truck that was returned, and doing nothing about it. Not only that, but he only saw the lost item after doing his initial walkthrough, stating that he doesn't check the dash on his normal walkthrough. Isn't the point of a walk-through to make sure that there's no lost items + damage? He didn't call anyone, or consider trying to return the lost fast track to its correct owner. He instead rented the truck to a person driving to San Diego, with the lost item inside of it. After he admitted that he saw this item was left, he hung up on me and did not answer or return any of my calls for the rest of the day. I had to call the Penske in San Diego, and Jeremy was professional enough to help me and get the situation sorted, but I can't believe that it took this much work. Super unprofessional and immature behavior.
