  I tried returning the car to the Folsom location on Friday night and they were closed. Was able to drop off the car here no questions asked. Treatment was incredibly friendly and was able to remove the additional day for I wasn’t charged extra without much effort/ explanation. Would definitely return rental cars with them again.

  Snail paced service. Be ready to wait in line for an hour at least ( despite prior reservation)

  Ridiculous that there are three car rentals in 1 tiny space. There are no separate lines for people with status and all three customer base from Alamo, Enterprise, and National has to wait in 1 line. I understand that it’s the holidays but I asked the following questions: 1. is there a separate line for elite customers? No. 2. is there the emerald aisle so i can just be on my merry way? No. 3. if I already have reservations can i skip the line? No. I COMPLETELY understand…. Until some guy walked in and said “i have a reservation already” and cut the entire line and the front desk workers were completely fine with it. Now at that point, I find this extremely unacceptable. Wasted 1 hour of my vacation going thru this nonsense.

  After we wait for almost two hours, they told us that it takes 15 min at least for preparing our car. It was horrible experience. It’s a shame that I cannot put Zero-star rating.
