Rates were reasonable and much cheaper than the hotel. However, while there’s a security guard that was by the gate as we entered, there’s clearly no or little effective security happening at all. There was what appears to be a homeless man walking around attempting to get into multiple vehicles and including mine. Thanks to Tesla sentry security system - person is on film!

We parked here on Thu, Jan 15, 2026, from 5 PM to 7:15 PM. When we returned, the white SUV parked just to the left of us had a group of people standing around. They were from out of town. Their right rear side window, and a left side window were broken, with things taken. We were all parked on the 1st level of parking.
As the Hearst Parking Center website says, they are conveniently located. They are in a good part of town. The facility is clean.
As other reviews reported, they are subject to vehicle break-ins.

Note to people if you think this is a public parking it is not, it’s a private property and the they basically do what they want to you and your vehicles. I parked in this place and was about to take some selfies and the staff at this place ask me to leave because apparently you cannot take your own photos in a garage. I called their manager and their manager is stating if I don’t leave they’ll call the cop. I eventually had to leave and pay the parking fee, just because I want to take a few photos. They say that even thought it is not written anywhere, this is a private property not a public place. Go park somewhere else they can do whatever they want on you.
