- TMThomas MurphyJul 20, 20253.0It's great once it all works. Took 10 to 15 minutes on the customer service line to get the charger back online and working. Once we got it, it was fine .... but this is the 2nd time I've had to call customer service to get it to work properly. Fortunately the people on the customer service line are friendly and helpful.... but i would rather not have to talk to them.
