    I've been without access to my account for a week and the only thing customer service tells me to do is reset my password and wait 24 hours to access my account again and they don't give me a solution so I can access my account again!

    Boo. How many months does it take to fix these chargers? It's appalling when you don't have a home charger and you rely on these and they're always broken. Once in a while one is in order, and then some random car will be parked at that spot anyways

    Effin love waiting for an available charging station with no internet to be able to search for another location without having to leave the garage.
