  From booking at the last minute to pick up and return, the experience was five stars out of five. The staff was courteous, efficient and helpful and made it a pleasure and took the pressure out of otherwise stressful situation.Kage assisted With the booking and the pick up and everything went smoothly. The vehicle was clean and ran very well and did the job we needed. The return was quick. It was handled very courteously & efficiently. Thank you, Enterprise for your continuously wonderful service and we will continue using you. Thanks, Mitch.

  The people who work at Enterprise are professional and friendly enough. However the corporation will often refuse to produce the vehicle that you require. I have rented from Enterprise Rental Trucks twice and on both times the vehicle provided was not the one I had selected. Number 1. The first time I rented a truck from Enterprise was two years ago. At this time the company delivered a much larger truck than I wanted. Basically I got "bumped" and the truck I really needed went to one of Enterprise's regular BIG BOX clients. Such as UPS or Amazon. Due to getting bumped I ended up having to pay an extra $1200 on motel fees during the course of my trip. Previously I had planned to sleep in the back of my rental van. This however was made impossible in the actusl van that Enterprise delivered. In addition, the extra large truck had more fuel consumption. This cost me significantly more too. 2. More recently (Jan 17 thru Jan 24 2026) Enterprise screwed me again! As they did not deliver the rental van that fit my specifications. What this tells me is that Enterprise does not care about the little guy at all. Because both times when I relied upon Enterprise to deliver the rental van I requured? They placed far more preference for their bigger clients than me the little fellow.. Then they delivered a truck that did not fit my specifications and expected me just to make due. So far Enterprise has nit offered to make up for my losses. My advice is that you not risk renting from Enterprise Trucks. As they will often treat you like a second class customer.

  Easy pick up and drop off. Excellent customer service! I always use Enterprise Truck rental whenever I have need of a big vehicle!
