- JCJ C5 days ago5.0Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been my 'go to' for many years now in Florida and out of state, most recently in San Francisco at the 4250 Geary Blvd location. Always a good crew with professional and knowledgeable service and quality vehicles. Once, a couple years ago, when my reserved vehicle was not available at pick-up Enterprise upgraded me at no additional cost. I appreciated that level of customer service. I still own a vehicle I purchased from Enterprise car sales several years ago.

Despite booking a full week in advance, my rental was cancelled on the day of pickup with no meaningful notice or solution. I was forced to find another rental immediately at the SF airport before my next destination and ended up paying over $2,000 extra. This was completely avoidable and stressful. I expect much better from a company this size and hope Enterprise takes responsibility for the inconvenience and financial impact caused. Completely disappointed!!!!

And when you call the reservation number they can't tell you if they have any cars anywhere with any certainty. This is an anti-customer bait-and-switch system - our holiday plans are in complete chaos at the moment thanks to this.
