Vi hade bokat en bil via hemsidan två dagar innan, vi hade checkat in, laddat upp körkort och allt sånt kvällen innan enligt instruktioner. Vi åker och ska hämta bilen. Förstå chocken när de säger att de har avbokat oss och ”ni har inte lagt in nummer eller email så vi kunde inte ringa er”. Det är ren skär lögn, både telefon och email fanns tillgängligt på bokningsskärmen framför oss som både vi och personalen kunde se. De menade att de råkat överboka för att ”det kan hända att vissa inte hämtar ut bilar”. De fick det också att framstå som att det var vårt fel, för vi bokat sent. De hade NOLL förståelse och var otroligt otrevliga och försökte bara vinka bort oss. Bokade hos Avis direkt efter, problemfritt. Aldrig någonsin Enterprise igen. Misstag kan ske men det är hur man hanterar dom som avgör om jag lämnar en recension eller inte och i det här fallet vill jag verkligen varna andra. When I arrived, they said there were no cars left and I was out of luck. I made this reservation a week prior, and they made some mistake which the rep refused to own up to. Staff was not apologetic and incredibly rude. Kept trying to say it was my fault and to get lost. I had an entire day planned around this car and got completely screwed at no fault of my own. Never using Enterprise again.
