    Terrible service. Beware if you are using your loyalty reward points to rent from this location. They allocated a car with 53k miles on it and refused to offer alternatives. I later found that the AC did not work, and they denied a replacement of the same size vehicle. I have been a loyal enterprise customer since 2009, and this specific location was a total let down. Taking my business elsewhere going forward. Thanks for the great service all these years.

    In August 2024, I booked a 10-day one-way rental from LAX to SFO. The confirmed reservation price was 450 CAD, but Enterprise dishonestly charged me 464 USD at pickup. They completely ignored the original contract and exploited the currency conversion. Even after complaining to the BBB, I received no resolution. Enterprise is a deceptive company with zero integrity. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again.

    Booked a rental car from airport to my home (2 hr drive) a month in advance. I selected enterprise because I have dealt with them before locally and had no issues. HOWEVER note that this airport rental facility will NOT rent to you with payment via debit card, even tho you can make the reservation with it. The enterprise i use in town had no issue with debit card, and car was being returned locally but I was turned away. Disappointed that all enterprise establishments do not share the same rules for rentals. Luckily Hertz in the airport understood the situation and used the same debit card with no issues. Sorry enterprise, wont use you anymore.

    I had a challenging holiday experience with my vehicle. I got a Ford Escape SUV from SFO - which the next day discovered had an air leak in front tire that would go down to more than half pressure every other day. I tried to get a replacement but 3 locations in the sacramento area were practically out. I called customer service who “booked me” a new car at the Davis location, only to learn customer service has no insight in to local inventory and booked me a new car that did not exist. The other options were to take it to a repair shop on my own. They were not able or willing to deliver a new car from another location. Eventually I got the last car from Sacramento Airport but only after 48 run around. Apparently another Family in line had a similar issue.

    We rented a sedan at the SFO enterprise. Our flight was delayed and when we arrived at 730 pm we were told all cars were sold out and we could wait 15 min to an hour with no guarantees of a vehicle or take a 15 passenger vehicle and exchange it the next day. Given the choices, we took a 15 passenger vehicle. Because I live a little far away from SFO I tried calling to confirm they had vehicles available to exchange the white van the next day. No one answered. I called customer service who said the airport showed no vehicles available but someone would give me a call but she couldn’t tell me if they’d call me in 5 minutes or an hour. 2 hours later no call. I also emailed the manager and 2.5 hours later no response. All the local enterprise branches also refused to take the white van. So, now we’re stuck on vacation with a 15 person van for a family of 4 and zero way to communicate with the SFO branch and no other branches in our area will exchange with us.
