  Everything at the Enterprise SFO location was great. The check in was very quick and then the staff in the garage was friendly and walked me right to my car. With other companies, sometimes, you're left walking aimlessly through parking garages looking for the right row and parking spot for your assigned car. I will definitely continue using Enterprise.

  These folks really went out of their way to assist me. I recently returned from a trip across the date line, and found that I had made my reservations based on the date I was leaving Hong Kong (the 27th) which meant my car was reserved for date after I arrived in San Francisco (the 26th) which made the entire process not fit. The team there was able to correct my reservation date to my actual arrival date (which was before my departure date in Indonesia) which preserved my discounted rate. Thanks to them for keeping customer focus.

  What really differentiates Enterprise from other agencies isn't just their great customer service, but the ease of the process. During my recent rental, I didn't have to stand in a long line waiting for help. Instead, I was instructed to go directly to the pickup area where several agents were already waiting to assist. It was incredibly efficient. In addition to the great service, I've found that the cars are consistently nicer than the competition—more comfortable, and loaded with better amenities. Highly recommend.

  I was helped out by Sylvie Walker-Aguero mostly, with an assist by her manager. Just a very sweet, polite young lady. Super helpful in getting the details of my reservation worked out. Helped me out with the vehicle class based on my preferences and what they had available. I was also assisted with a return at the location in the Tenderloin district, at 555 Turk St, San Francisco. The young woman there helped arrange the switch of drop-off location after business plans had changed. It was mutually beneficial, as they were in desperate need of cars and it saved me 2 more hours of driving and Ubering back and forth. I always like to point out the help I receive at the counter, as it is usually most outstanding. Your customer loyalty program is crap (how do I rent a car for a month and it earns me 1 free rental day?), but the counter folks in the locations (especially Matt and Nick in Morristown, NJ) are always great. Friendly, good mood, ready to assist in any way they can.

  I really enjoyed our service here. My wife and I had never been to San Fransisco and getting transportation was a big task on our to-do list. Enterprise made everything super easy to get done. I was worried being a young driver (24) would be an issue but they got me taken care of and I really enjoyed our service. The car they gave us was a ‘25 and it was super clean and great on gas. I will definitely use this company again
