Despite the high monthly cost there is preexisting damages on the vehicle that the staff do not list down for the currant subscriber to know the when you return or in my case an already worm out tire on an electric BMW that blew while I was driving on the freeway. I switched into another BMW which had another tire issue I found out while driving the car. I returned the BMW and Sixt put me in a Volvo gas station wagon which is not the category I began the subscription. Then I get unexpected increase in the monthly payment and unexpected amounts? The customer service which I thought at the beginning was decent but now can't even resolve the payment issue and tire issue? Very bad...
