This public EVgo charging station in San Francisco provides fast charging for all major electric vehicles. Located on 2860 16th Street, it's near Poc-Chuc Restaurant. The site offers 24/7 access, is ADA-compliant, and supports both CCS and CHAdeMO connectors. While charging, drivers can visit nearby shops or grab food within walking distance. Customers can use the EVgo app to check charger availability, track sessions, and view Time-of-Use pricing where available. It's a convenient and reliable option for both local drivers and those passing through the area.
There are a few cara parked and engaged chargers. I tried to report it but no one cares. All these cars parked all night and always. Honda and Nissan. Whoever owns this charging station, please tow them away. We can’t use this charging station.

The 350 kw fast chargers here are great -- faster than the EVgo chargers on the lower level of Potrero Center, a few blocks away on 16th Street. However, it can get crowded here and the stalls have dual shared port chargers. That reduces your EV charging speed significantly when both ports are in use.
There is also an inaccessible fenced-in lot with multiple EVgo chargers on the same property right next to this EVgo lot. I have never observed anyone using the stalls in that adjacent lot. Does anyone know why the chargers in that lot are not also open to the public?

I usually like to come here but tonight 3/5 chargers are out of service. I'm stuck here with no charge waiting for one of two chargers behind another person in the queue. It's going to be a long night........
Edit: What a strange response to my review. I mean the chargers are machines, they're objects where the parts get replaced when they stop working. They need "rest"? I'm no engineer, but it seems more like EVgo doesn't have the infrastructure to maintain their machines as sooo many are down at any point around the Bay. Or is EVgo a franchise where there are a bunch of separate disenchanted business owners who don't care to maintain the chargers because people NEED their product and they can make money regardless? Or is it a standard monolithic company who also doesn't care? I give you my money MANY times a week because I have to, your response to my review is unhelpful and the opposite of reassuring.
