I needed help installing the negative battery terminal plate, and Oscar was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, he actually took the time to make sure the part was installed properly and that everything was secure. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely willing to help like that. Because of Oscar’s help, my car is back in good shape and running smoothly.
