- AOAlfredo “Yūma” OrtizDec 14, 20251.0I was here a few months ago for a new set of tires. The staff was extremely friendly but that didn't make up for the disappointing work I received on my car. The sensors on my tires were damaged during installation and when asked about it I was given a comment of "Well since you work on your car at your home shop, why don't you just fix them yourself?". I work in customer service and a reply like that is very inconsiderate, considering my car was fine before the new tires and I paid for a service. The shop attempted to align my car, since it was driving with a left lean, only to leave the car completely undriveable. The camber on my tires was awful and I was told to "avoid the highway in case something happened". I was sent to a shop in Upland (or Ontario?) to correct this issue. I drove there for about an hour at 25MPH afraid that the wheels would come off or something. The other shop did not FIX the issues, but made my car driveable. Upon returning to ask about my speed sensors I was told that they attempted to align my car without a professional tech and with an alignmenr machine that wasn't working and that a new one would arrive with a week or so. I'm unsure how anyone would ever consider performing work that they aren't certified to do but alas that was my experience. I'm not pleased with the service I paid for and received. The lack of follow up, and the poor customer service. I'm certain it's not always like this, and I probably just got unlucky. The tires sold are still running great, and the work their other shop did to relign my car is still holding strong. Please verify the work you are receiving post installation to be sure you don't run into any issues.
