  Ethan and Ada were extremely helpful when I needed a new car battery. Both were very friendly and very knowledgeable and because of them I will be a customer for life, hopefully I won’t need many car parts but if I do, this will be my store. Thank you guys!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this morning, along with multiple bad experiences, I feel like I have to say something about a manager named Ada. Every time I call or come in, there’s a clear lack of professionalism. You can hear her in the background speaking to employees in a rude, dismissive tone, which sets a really uncomfortable atmosphere. In person, she comes off impatient and uninterested, like helping customers is a burden. There’s also zero accountability. I was told I’d get a callback from her regarding an issue, and it never happened. When I followed up, I was brushed off again. It feels disorganized and poorly managed when she’s involved. What’s frustrating is that the rest of the staff is actually helpful and respectful, so it’s obvious the issue is with her management style. A manager should create a better environment, not make it worse, or uncomfortable.

  They don’t help you with anything. Even if you ask nicely. I came in for a free diagnosis and being a woman I had 0 idea how to install the code reader. They told me I could do it myself then I see the gentleman walk out to help someone else . Once he saw me look at him he walks up to my car and tells me what part I need. He knew he was wrong. They are very unhelpful to me every time I come here. Why I have 0 idea.
