We have a 2024 Vinfast VF8 Plus. We relocated to Las Vegas - NV from Tampa - FL where we got the car. Vinfast San Diego is our closest dealership now. Not ideal but the service provided by Ben and tech team was nothing but the best.
We got the latest software available that fixed all the glitches and they fully charged it so I can start my trip back to Las Vegas without further delays.
The adaptive cruise control is smooth same as the fully regenerative breaking system and the car is charging faster at DC charging stations.

I just bought the VinFast VF8 SUV in Ocean Green and love this car so much! My first electric car and very impressed with all features! John and Amanda were amazing to work with and very responsive from my first text to delivering the car and showing me all the features. They aren’t the typical dealership sales team, they’re first class all the way! I’m referring anyone who wants to consider electric car to Kearney Mesa VinFast! Before you buy any electric car, go see them first!

Avoid VinFast at all cost
Cars break down and each time takes weeks or more to fix. They don’t have loaners ever and offer you $60/ day for a rental which does not cover a suv. They are terribly understaffed on the customer support side and have no ability to help.
I can’t recommend more strongly to avoid this company. Any deal isn’t worth it.
They are the worst company I have deal with their customer services suck they only have one number to call and they don’t give you any detail about your car. What’s going on with that? My car is been in the shop for two months and don’t know what’s going on. I have to rent a car out-of-pocket. They cannot reimburse you the money until the car is out of the shop terrible.

First, we are returning customers! We had an amazing VinFast leasing experience 18 months ago with John (VF8), so it was a no brainer to return to VinFast for another outstanding experience with Amanda (VF9). John is still at VinFast and assisted on the leasing process - easy peasy! And AMAZING value!!
Communication from the beginning was outstanding and straightforward - ZERO pressure or sales tactics, just such a simple selling concept … yet why don’t other dealerships follow?!?! Amanda knows the vehicle in / out and was super insightful and informative!!
Bottom line - because that’s what absolutely matters, we would visit again in an heartbeat and recommend the brand, John, and Amanda to all our family and friends!
All this coming from a former Tesla owner! That should tell you everything!

I had my VinFast serviced here last week and the staff was incredible. Vinfast corporate covered the cost of a rental to the tune of $90/day for the inconvenience and they even washed my car on the day of pick up. As an earlier reviewer mentioned, it's not a big staff but John, Amanda, and Ben are responsive - returning phone calls and text messages promptly. You take a risk when you get a Vinfast instead of a more established brand but this team sure does an excellent job of taking care of your car and providing the peace of mind necessary.
