  I came in for an oil change and honestly had a really good experience. Luis Montes, the assistant manager, took care of me and was great the whole time. He kept it professional but also made it easy to talk to him. We had a good conversation while they were working on my car, and it made the whole visit go by quick. Before I knew it, I was already done. You can tell he actually cares about the people coming in, not just getting the job done. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this spot.

  I received outstanding service at the Valvoline in Mira Mesa. Assistant manager, Ryan gave me amazing service. I could not be more pleased, and I definitely will be back. I could not have been more impressed!

  Luis did a great job and got me in and out very quickly with my oil change this morning. I also asked him if my tires were good to drive on a long road trip and he said that they looked safe and checked all the air and I felt very safe to drive to Tahoe and back for my snowboarding trip. Thank you so much for all your help. The best part about the oil changes it only took 10 minutes usually oil changes take a few hours at other places.

  I love the way Elijah explaining the process of the service options including rear differential, transfer case, radiator.etc.. He is very helpful and his customer service is outstanding. I’d love to come back to this place and continue the service.
