Emely and Lou were especially helpful — they walked me through everything, answered my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of properly. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The dealership hasn’t done any work on my car. I was afraid to even drive around the block to go back to the shop. Customer service provided by the manager concerning this situation was unacceptable
