  I was debating about giving this place a try and after reading some of the reviews yeah I wont be going here . Thanks to the people that say watch out for this place. I wont be wasting money here.

  I just wanted to let everyone know that the service at this location was and has always been 5 star service. The professionalism, curiosity, and skill that all technicians show is outstanding. I want to give a shoutout to all the staff that was there today since I had the privilege to interact with Le Anna, Eric, and Fred. They were all incredible. Jesse was the unsung hero that performed all the essential work within the pit that allowed me to get back on the road. Service like this is why I only go to Valvoline Instant Oil Change locations no matter what state I am in.

  Dont ever come here. Their customer service skills are horrible and were belittling me when I came to them with an issue they made. I went to the valvoline by the in n out last time and there was no issues. They got defensive super quickly and weren’t listening to me acting like it comes out of their pay check lmao. Next time show some compassion and be nice , you make the company look bad.

  Stop taking out K&N filters. They even have those stop sign stickers on the housing, saying to not throw away, but just stop taking them out yourself. If I stuck one in there you can sure as bet that I monitor them on my own. Then when 3 of you can't put my engine's air intake housing back together, and leave it all cattywompus, then three days later it pops open fully and messed me up on the freeway at 4 in the morning. Why was the filter put it backwards and rotated 90 degrees? why was it so confusing for three employees to put back together? All you needed was to unscrew half of it instead of jamming the housing halves into eachother to leave the filter to fill the space between where they meet, I also had to remind them about the air refill and was really nice about it, but got home and they went with the manufacturers instructions for new cars,.Ignoring my notes and the door's instructions for PSI.
