  Great experience all around, didn’t wait too long and they didn’t try and upsell me on a bunch of things i didn’t need. Miguel was very helpful with explaining things and also finding deals to save some $ which is always appreciated. I believe the other guy who helped was Cameron and he was also very nice and thorough. Will definitely be back to this location!

  This is my second time at this location, purely for the service even though I live closer to other Valvoline locations. I don’t feel like I am pressured into buying other services or products & the team is genuinely honest. Again, unlike other fast oil change service or other Valvoline locations. The manager even comes to do a final check. Huge huge shout out to Jose. He was so helpful, very honest & extremely informative if needed. Deserves the recognition for sure! Thank you guys!

  Very helpful, offered extra services along with proof as to why they were needed (very smart) so I felt confident and grateful at the same time. I will definitely return here next time. They also helped me to find an additional coupon I didn’t have. Overall great experience, a rare thing today. Many thanks to Miguel, Ryan and Mike!

  Really great service from start to finish. I came in for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement, and the team was attentive, informative, and very friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The whole experience felt easy and comfortable thanks to Miguel, Julia and the rest of the team for making the experience a breeze!

  The Valvoline on 3464 Midway Dr. San Diego NEVER disappoints!! The Customer Service provided and how it’s delivered is Always on point; Very professional, Genuine, and Prompt. I was greeted with a smile by Eli, followed by Miguel. They explained everything what they were going to do step-by-step and any services needed/necessary at the time of visit; didn’t feel compelled/pressured to do any additional services. Through the entire visit their communication was well understood and well appreciated. Nowadays, It’s tough to find Amazing Customer Service attached with great Communication skills. Furthermore, Mr. G came to check on me, the vehicle (He did wipe the hood of the car ☺️), and the service provided before they sent me on my way. “Well done Valvoline Team on Midway!!” I also want to address Mr. Jose Garcia and Mr. Mike (Manager) assisted me in November 2025 with Outstanding Customer Service as well. I failed to give my feedback on Google…just know whoever is reading this - YOU’RE IN GOOD HANDS🥰 As a token of my appreciation I bought the whole team Pizza 🍕 and Drinks from Pizza Hut back in November.
